We truly believe we have some of the best products in the world.
Returns can not be made “because the product doesn’t work” (please review the How To Page).
The Corner Stored has no control over the purchasers choice of coffee beans, grind or machines and The Corner Stored is able to demonstrate that our products do work as intended.
Our products require some initial testing to replicate a quality brew - please be aware that results will be varied until you’ve completed the learning phase.
Should you be eligible for a return, please note they must be:
1. Unused and returned in the original condition, 2. Have all tags, and plastic stickers attached (if applicable) and 3. Includes the original packaging, without postal labels.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item.

To file a return/exchange, please email email@example.com and a representative will be in contact to discuss and if eligible for a return/exchange you will be provided with the return instructions.
If you consider your item to be faulty or DOA, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and issue within the email. The customer services team will then be in contact with you to discuss your warranty claim.
